Hello,

I am interested having one of your artists create a pic of the cartoon character, Marvin the Martain in a karate suit (GI) approx. 6-9 inches in size.

Question is: Are there any copy rite issue/legalities I will be faced with?

If there are ni issue, Do I pay first and hope the pic comes out like I want it? Will I be able to speak with a person until the pic is completed to my satisfaction?

Thanks...

Generally the best way to go about this, is to bring your idea to your tattoo artist. Some charge a small deposit fee, before they draw (especially if it's something you have to come back for) you then can make adjustments before it ever gets on your skin, you'll also get a feel for the artists style. Some places deduct the fee from th tattoo, some do not, I haven't met any that will sell you the art for your small fee though, so don't expect to be able to pick it up if you decide to go with a new artist. Have fun!~Kate
