I want to get a small 1.5 by 1.5 inch tattoo of a pair of angels wings. i want to have the wings shaded in with white and baby blue. im black and

i agree...the best person to answer this would be the tattoo artist you plan on having do your tattoo.

All artiststs are different, some may install inkdifferently, have some new "needle" or whatever so look at portfolios and then make your desision on who has the honor of Tattooing you.

The darker the skin the harder it is to get light colors to stay.

If you’re a Chocolate color, then dark would be your best bet.

I've seen RED stick but it didn't look to good.

White and blue will NOT stay...

If white would stick every African American that has tats would get white tribal and/or words instead of black.

An artist can make those Angel Wings you’re talking about with Black and make it look GOOD.

Color is nice but wouldn't turn out like you might think or like.
